The best for customer angagement and support

What do you like best? Is super easy to config, one of the most completed solutions I ever used for customer communication and support. Actually you can go live the same day. Fantastic and exceeded expectations

What do you like best? It was much easier to setup and configure than expected, but also has fantastic flexibility to configure and customise the nitty gritty details where this is desirable. The UI is modern, slick and works very well straight out of the box. The customer support when I had some setup queries was also very quick, helpful, friendly and efficient. What do you like best? The instant support is absolutely awesome. Anytime there is an issue we get an instant reply.
