What do you like best? Simple, yet highly configurable dashboard UI. Responsove support. No need for extra modules (all we need is built-in). Resanoble price. What do you dislike? LoveAgent is what I call it!
What do you like best? The software is amazing. We are able to provide support by live chat, ticket, email and voice! The software is really easy to use and setup. A perfect cockpit for user/customers relation management
What do you like best? I'm using LiveAgent for almost 6 months... I think it's awesome! I can have facebook/instagram/email and my custom form messages all in one inbox. I'm also using the knowledge base system to store guides and documents about my SaaS! What do you dislike? Graphics is not so cool. But it's just a personal opinion... Perfect For Customer Support Tickets
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I bought this software to allow me to support customers online. It has lived up to all my expectations as it also integrates with my email, so bringing everything under one roof. Best onboarding experience ever
What do you like best? When I bought LiveAgent I experienced awesome onboarding. It was a glowing example of how to do it and a great advert for customer service. The software is great too with an easy to use companion app. What do you dislike? Haven't found anything yet that has caused me issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I can attend to customer issue or sales questions while out and about so I never miss them.
