LiveAgent is the best support platform I have used.
What do you like best? Live agent is intuitive., easy to set up and fits my needs perfectly. I particularly like the ability to create response templates which saves me tons of time. I used to sometimes miss communications, but LA has made my whole support system watertight. What do you dislike? Best of the best
What do you like best? LiveAgent (Ladesk) is one of the best helpdesk agent/app with a beautiful dashboard including lots of app in it also has many integrations. I highly recommend to use it believe me you won't regret that just give a try. What do you dislike? Good combination of features, ease of use and price
What do you like best? LiveAgent is easy to setup and start using quickly and has a lot of useful features. What do you dislike? Some of the more advanced features did take some time and frustration to setup, but the LiveAgent support helped through the process. My experience with LiveAgent is super positive
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The best aspects of LiveAgente are that I can use it as the only tool to manage requests and feedback that come from users of my app. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Super Fast & Super Features
What do you like best? We like the feature rich interface and how simple it is to use overall. One of our main considerations was the positive impact on our site loading speed from the chat widget. Ease of functionality.
What do you like best? Easy to use system which makes it easier when training new or existing staff on this system it really takes out a lot of the frustration you would have with a complicated system. Excellent service providing everything we need in customer support
What do you like best? When I started working for my company, they were already using LiveAgent and it was super easy for me to learn how to use it.
