Great piece of equipment which should be an essential tool for all Customer Service Team
What do you like best? As a Team Leader in a fast paced environment, the tolls such as reporting are what I use the most, this can be tailored or formulated to how you run your day to day team with ease. Great tool for administrative purposes
What do you like best? Being able to communicate easily between each other and coordinated as a team is a huge upside. We can work more efficiently and be more productive in our tasks. What do you like best? As a business executive, my clients want to talk only to me. This forced me to be forwarding and copying other colleagues in my emails, without having a correct tracking tool.
