Great Product and Great Customer Service
What do you like best? While there are a number of features to praise, a select few have been most beneficial to the company. Having the ability to transfer tickets or chats has proven useful when we are working with a customer who has a specific type of inquiry - perhaps a sales question or an employment request. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? A well organized platform for customer support. all three communication modes( email, phone call, chat) are well integrated in the system. LiveAgent is a great software to use
What do you like best? Easy to make calls and save notes about these calls. What do you dislike? Sometimes it is complicated to navigate in the panel. Recommendations to others considering the product: I found this software very easy to use for my routine calls with other managers. What problems are you solving with the product? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? As administrator I'm very keen on the reports and analytics provided. Also like a lot the possibility to change icon's and how easy is to implement. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I am using LiveAgent for more then 6 months...
What do you like best? Most of the communication modes are integrated in the system and User Interface is well Organized. It increases productivity of single employee as well as whole team. Very easy to use
What do you like best? You have your emails, calls and chats in one place. What do you dislike? I would like to have more Themes or the ability to modify the colours. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use LiveAgent for all our email, call and chat communication with customers.
