Robust tool for PM, time tracking, communication -- it can be what you make it

What do you like best? I appreciate how much this tool can do. It is truly very customizable in so many ways. We initially leveraged time tracking more heavily, but when that was less necessary, we still found tremendous usefulness because you can use it from intake to post-mortem.
