What do you like best? Web-based, full-featured PM tool. Also allows for capture of hours and billing of time, etc. What do you dislike? Organized and Straightforward!

What do you like best? As a project manager with over 50 different clients with multiple projects, it's difficult to stay organized. We implemented LP about a year ago and it's definitely been a work in progress, but it's made our jobs SO much easier. With LP, we can easily track our project, who's working on what, give deadlines, run reports, and look at everything at once. What do you like best? I enjoy LiquidPlanner overall. I like the project management and time tracking combination that this program has to offer. My team uses this heavily to track projects as well as our time. We can input the amount of time spent on projects/tasks as well as updates on the progress. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like that LiquidPlanner is able to associate tasks to separate packages and for checklist items to be associated to different team members on a task by task basis. PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like estimating time (ranges work much better than strict deadlines), and the simplicity of rescheduling tools. What do you like best? The ability to create multiple tasks in a project folder, assign estimated hours to a project and then share the project with my manager.
