"Excellent system"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Ease of use, value for the money. My SPCA gift shop went from an old school cash register to Lightspeed last spring, and we are very pleased. It was easy to set up, and easy to learn. My volunteers had no trouble learning it. I am happy with the amount of knowledge and control it has given me.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I enjoy the user friendliness of Vend. It is a great POS system for a new business owner like myself. The back office is super easy to navigate and there are tons of apps that can integrate seamlessly. Vend's customer support is also top notch with links to help solve issues and plenty of guides if you'd rather work through it alone.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like how the customer service reps are extremely helpful and actuslly nice. I called them a bunch when I first started and walked me through everything.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? How easy it is to use. Very little training was required for the staff to figure out how to use the system. The system has not gone down in the year we have used it and we are using the cloud based software. The responsiveness to changing technologies is excellent. What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like that I can access the stores info from anywhere since it is internet based. I can get online on my phone and check inventory while I am buying shows.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? This product makes it very easy to manage one store's inventory and sales without spending large amounts of money on a MPOS system. The upload system is pretty nice.

"Great POS System"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The system is great for using POS. Combine with using workorders, and the ability to look up inventory and sync it between our ecommerce site is wonderful. However I wish there was more a analytics and report function to ID pattern without the need of getting another CRM program.
