What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Lightspeed is well designed for the retail industry, but can be customized quite easily for a wide variety of service and product based industries. We are primarily a service based company, but provide products as a part of that service. "An overall good choice for Inventory needs"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The program is somewhat easy to use. If there is something you are unsure of, it is easy to find out how to use it. Adding products is pretty easy to do, with only one page fill out and one submission page. It is also nice to change the inventory count when needed. Pulling up the report sales is very nice. I especially enjoy the date range option to get a clear idea of what has been sold in a certain amount of time.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I love the ability to take a picture of an item with the corresponding iPad and have it automatically added to the online store (or main terminal profile). The receipting process is very easy to use. Reporting at the end of the day is a big benefit as it completely details the business day in one single page. The ability to have multiple users to make each employee responsible for their own register actions is very helpful as well. The ability ...

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like that you can make sales offline. It is easy to use. Easily tracks sales. Overall our employees like this, however I prefer Square over Vend.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like the auto-restocking ability that allows our shop to have popular items reordered automatically. With all the goods in our store, it really makes life easier when necessary items are restocked in our shop on their own. I also love the ability to scan an item using our iPhones and identify them in our inventory.

Vend really allows for businesses of all sizes to create ease in how transactions are processed and recorded, making it easy for bookkeeping and smooth operations both behind the sales counter or in an office. The system is easy to use for sales associates.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Their customer service and software engineers have been very nice as they responded to the needs of our store. This is really important to us in general as a company that also values responsive customer service. The platform is also fairly intuitive and integrates nicely with stock.
