This is not the Point of Sale system you want.

In the 6 months we have been with lightspeed we have experienced the worst sales support I have ever seen. Our biggest mistake was doubling down on paying for additional "24/7" support. I have performed several POS integrations including with Lightspeed in 2018 and never have I experienced such poor service. I'm writing this review during my third…

I'm writing this review during my third hour on the Lightspeed Series X chat feature. It's been 35 minutes since my 2nd chat representative left the chat and tossed me over to the 3rd rep. They haven't re-engaged yet. I'm simply trying to enter gift card amounts from our original Shopkeep system. It is not uploading a simple 2 column .csv file and nobody can figure out why. Awful

We haven’t even been able to set up our POS system because we’ve been tossed around from agent to agent… and then given links to tutorials rather then actually having someone help us… such a joke… maybe we will have the system up and running a year later… I can only imagine that it will run as well as their 24/7 customer service🙄

faceless, impersonal solution limited to AI

I have used lightspeed for 2 years, in this time despite numerous efforts to engage with a human on the telephone to receive support I have had no success. Today I was given a telephone number and instructed to call them. Zero customer service. Why am I in year 2... that's my fault.

Pushy sales and very arrogant people! Expensive for what it is as it's not a full woocommercre integration as they claim it to be! Much better POS on the market that do integrate and cost less! Don't honour their 30 day refund policy if you cancel and are only interested in grabbing money rather than being helpful or being an honest business!
