Account Manager

Started with VendHQ POS, which was great. Lightspeed purchased them and now force you to use their payment processing system or else charge you processing fees if you use a third party processor. Don't know how this can be legal. Going to drop them

AWESOME to work with.

I have been very pleased with ability to get one on one help with onboarding, as well as 24 hour chat help! Everyone has been very knowledgeable and they have a step by step guide for everything. It is always a learning curve and they have made it easy to navigate on your own time with the chat option.

Well Done Lightspeed, you've made me miss my old Moneris machines.

We were satisfied with the POS have had Lightspeed Retail for our tiny shop since 2021 HOWEVER the conversion to Lightspeed Payments has been a nightmare. Let me list the ways your services have been inadequate: 1. Unreliable Devices - the device is constantly losing connection to the main server. Don't Use LIGHTSPEED POS!!!

I just received an email stating that my subscription expired and that I needed to renew immediately and the two options where both not acceptable. If I continue with Lightspeed and NOT use your payment processing, there is an upcharge of $4,800 annually! This makes the cost of Lightspeed without their payment processing $12,000 annually. That is INSANE. They literally put a gun to my head. I will be searching for a new POS solution immediately. Well done Lightspeed...a five year customer ...

This is the WORST business for customer…

This is the WORST business for customer service. I've been abandoned, on my own, setting this service up on behalf of the owner of our store who works a full time job elsewhere. I've been using Lightspeed POS Retail R Series for a year. While I love their user friendly interface, I absolutely HATE their Customer Support. Their Support Team is simply non existent. Lightspeed Payments is a Terrible Processing Service.

Lightspeed POS works great. Lightspeed Payments that Lightspeed recently forced its customers to use is the ABSOLUTE worse payment processing system we have encountered in 35 years. They don't pay timely, they don't respond when you ask them why, and they hold cash for several business days longer than their own published calendar of deposits.
