Amazing!
Great product that is flexible and easy to use. Our account manager Damon is amazingly helpful, and dedicated to ensuring we receive the very best outcome. We have often presented him with difficult problems and workflows, and he has always been able to find the right solution, or connected us with the best resource.

Good solid company with independent…
Good solid company with independent values- we have been with them for a while and at the start it seemed a little expensive but as time has progressed- their epos system has always been easy to navigate with and their prices can be valuable as you are saving a lot of time with the end of day reports etc. If there were a few less people to deal with- i.e one point of support throughout-- they would have got 5 stars from us! pretty good overall- would recommend!

LS may work for a very small business…
LS may work for a very small business that only needs very basic questions answered. We are a business with 13 employees and 2 stores. LS has been one problem after another that we can't get answers to, are put on hold for hours, someone assures we'll get a call back with no call back. We regret investing so much time and money and are presently looking for an alternative with customer service people who are knowledgeable and willing to help in a timely fashion.
