Good solid company with independent…

Good solid company with independent values- we have been with them for a while and at the start it seemed a little expensive but as time has progressed- their epos system has always been easy to navigate with and their prices can be valuable as you are saving a lot of time with the end of day reports etc. If there were a few less people to deal with- i.e one point of support throughout-- they would have got 5 stars from us! pretty good overall- would recommend!

LS may work for a very small business…

LS may work for a very small business that only needs very basic questions answered. We are a business with 13 employees and 2 stores. LS has been one problem after another that we can't get answers to, are put on hold for hours, someone assures we'll get a call back with no call back. We regret investing so much time and money and are presently looking for an alternative with customer service people who are knowledgeable and willing to help in a timely fashion.

Support Specialists

David, our Implementations Specialist and Ernesto, on the Integrations Support team have been amazing to work with! It is not the easiest to make your way to them but if you have advanced support issues and the frontline is unable to help, there are members of the Lightspeed team who are knowledgeable, patient, persistent and more than capable of helping resolve these issues.

Have had a great experience with lightspeed so far and the help provided through phill wadell who helped get everything set up for me. Smooth integration with the bump screens which make life easy and paper free
