Intuitive and easy to use
Have been using Lightspeed for a few years at one business and like its easy to use, intuitive system so much I have set it up for my new business. I especially like the reports. Sam Smith my account manager, has been fabulous to deal with - very responsive, professional and polite.

Lightspeed Thieves Force You to Use Merchant Processing
These thieves force you to use their merchant processing and have been charging me an additional $400.00 on top of my regular fee for 6 months now all because I haven't switched over to their more expensive, clunkier credit card processing. Me using my own credit card processing before was not a problem and then one day you wake up and they start charging you a fee without signing any type of updated agreement.
