Stellar Support
After working with three other support specialists Jordan stepped up and resolved an issue involving reorder points that had baffled me for days. The solution took some time on his part as it required testing through trial and error. Jordan's persistence is the sole reason the mystery was solved. He's a great asset to the Lightspeed team and I'm grateful for his exceptional effort to find the answer.

Lightspeeed K series - highly recommended!
We have just switched our restaurant and bar EPOS system over to Lightspeed and the experience so far has been fantastic. From the initial contact and demo with the sales team to the onboarding process and follow up support everything has been really fast, smooth and efficient. Dey was so helpful I have had 4 other…
Dey was so helpful I have had 4 other people trying to help with my printer issue and nobody could figure it out. But Dey is the first one to suggest putting the USB in and BAM it worked. Thank you so much this has not worked for 2 weeks.

Lightspeed Digital Marketing Services (DMS) are fantastic!

Amazing Assistance
I use Vend/Lightspeed as an admin alongside Xero. Whenever I have had issues (it is not communicating to Xero correctly etc) they have always persisted in making sure the issue is fixed which is much appreciated. A very helpful and friendly support team!

Nicks on was very quick to fix my problem. The check itself didn’t reflect the payment, so we were unable to input the tip. He helped with both the closing and tip on the check. Making it so we could do a proper check out.
