We love light speed it has been a tremendous tool in monitoring our business. The staff are friendly and make it so easy to do business. I should have done some research …
I should have done some research instead of trusting the salesrep at Lightspeed. I now have to invest another $150 USD per month to be able to sync with Woocommerce properly since the $100 plugin doesn't work well and is full of bugs. Lightspeed itself is awesome, but the extra money for a small business like ours makes a big difference. I wish the salesrep would have not lied by omission :-(

Great for MAC Users!
I own a small retail shop and utilize LightSpeed Retail and LightSpeed eCom. I moved from Checkout for Mac to LightSpeed when my needs required more accurate reporting and a more thorough online presence. While I felt a little pushed during initial email/phone contact, the information was complete and to the point. I had absolutely no problems with the transfer of data over and the ease in setting up new products is seamless, once the concept is explained. Their technical support team is ...

Lightspeed is an excellent POS System
Lightspeed is an excellent POS System. The system is so easy to use. If you ever have a question about how to use/find anything within the system, lightspeed has many tutorial videos how to do anything. For example, when learning how to do refunds and make store credits the video was so easy to watch and learn from. Lightspeed employees are also very easy to get a hold of if we have any questions.
