Great system with great support.
Easy to use, very professional system with very few limitations. Superb customer service and support. Not the cheapest, but this is reflected in a well integrated platform, that fits our businesses needs, backed up by excellent support.

Never experience such a high level …
Never experience such a high level customer service. 24/7 service - I have experience dealing with different EPOS companies but this one is miles ahead of any other with their customer support. The system itself is great too. Easy to use, everything is trackable, can be used from any place in the world once you have internet. Took me 1 month to get used to a new system and 2 months to have all stock levels and auto-ordering running smoothly like I would be using it for life.

I would 100% recommend Lightspeed
At first I was unsure about using Lightspeed as our POS software, mainly due to the familiarity that I had with another provider from a previous place of work. However after 4 months of using Lightspeed in our news store I am happy to say that we 100% definitely made the right decision! Lightspeed is super easy to use on a day to day basis, with such an intuitive interface, as well as being very easy to edit in the backdoor side of things should you ever need to quickly add new products or ...

A great solution
We have been using Lightspeed since March 2015 - and find it far superior to our last sales system. We have our products, suppliers, customers all on the one platform so it is easy to quote, process orders, invoices and purchase orders to our suppliers all in the one place. Easy to learn because the screen for all the different documents is so similar. With the eCommerce link, orders placed in our online store land into our order screen in-store for processing.
