Great system with great support.

Easy to use, very professional system with very few limitations. Superb customer service and support. Not the cheapest, but this is reflected in a well integrated platform, that fits our businesses needs, backed up by excellent support.

Never experience such a high level …

Never experience such a high level customer service. 24/7 service - I have experience dealing with different EPOS companies but this one is miles ahead of any other with their customer support. The system itself is great too. Easy to use, everything is trackable, can be used from any place in the world once you have internet. Took me 1 month to get used to a new system and 2 months to have all stock levels and auto-ordering running smoothly like I would be using it for life.

I would 100% recommend Lightspeed

At first I was unsure about using Lightspeed as our POS software, mainly due to the familiarity that I had with another provider from a previous place of work. However after 4 months of using Lightspeed in our news store I am happy to say that we 100% definitely made the right decision! Slick POS Solution

As a point of sale, in store, Lightspeed POS has surpassed my expectations. Being situated in South Africa with access to limited POS solutions, it was a pleasure to discover Lightspeed. My shop manager now has time to concentrate on selling without being bogged down with technical complexities.
