Amazing Customer Service

The Customer Service with light speed is amazing!! They are always trying their best to help us with whatever problem we come across! Unlike all these other companies that try to argue with you whenever you come across a problem, light speed wants the best experience for you! I love it! They are improving day by day!

Many aspects of Lightspeed are not as …

Many aspects of Lightspeed are not as we were told. Inventory issues, purchase order creation and item creation are vey different, receiving on purchase orders not satisfactory. And Lightspeed accounting that we paid for is so basic I can not use it and they won't refund my money for it even though I was told it would accomplish everything we needed. Very responsive system which is multifunctional to any business type. Very quick response to any technical issues. We have been using Lightspeed for over a month now in a retail store and have found the system has been very effective. It has given us the opportunity to modernise our till infrastructure and open the door to ecommerce which we are about embark on. Would recommend Lightspped to anyone who wants an omnichannel retail experience.

I'm in the middle of a bad experience …

I'm in the middle of a bad experience with Lightspeed. I'm trying to get my money back after deciding not to go with them. After going through things I started to realize that Lightspeed is not for me. At one point I asked the sales person if there was any guarantee if I wasn't happy. Up to this point he had sent me 3 quotes which i refused. When I asked this question he didn't answer me. He charged my card and has never sent me the final invoice to see or verify for the products.
