Have used a variety of POS systems from Aloha to Micros to RPower and more. The ease of programming and the support system are better than all the fore mentioned. With the almost indestructible iPads and the stability of the Apple network you could not ask for a better more reliable system. Very moderately priced what else could you ask for!

Easy and Powerful Restaurant POS

We use Lightspeed at our waterfront beer garden running 15+ POS stations, it’s been a hit with my staff since day 1, and as a manager it’s given me all the numbers I need to get more out of my business. Their support and training teams have been amazing as well. Thanks Lightspeed!

Don't think about it, Lightspeed is the way to go!

I have a wholesale business and require to have both Ecommerce website and a POS and Lightspeed works amazing. I have tried so many softwares out there and none have been able to can solve my inventory issue with both walk-ins and online sales. Lightspeed has been able to do this with ease. Customer service is great! Whenever I call they assist you very fast and have the right people to help out with the problem.

Awesome service!

Awesome service! Their one-on-one sessions are extremely helpful. I have only had them with Bryn and she has been excellent! Their above and beyond customer service has really helped validate my selection in my POS.

Missing a core element of a POS

Missing a core element of a POS that they refuse to fix while they continue to add new features. They need to focus on the core. Any retail environment that orders products by the case for any reason will be fed up with this system. The case item when broken down into singles do not communicate with each other for re-ordering. So if you set a level of singles, say at 6 you would like the system to trigger an order of 1 case at that inventory point, it will not work. This causes Huge ...

Lightspeed is simple to use and the support team is fantastic. I would rate 5 out if 5 if lightspeed was compatible with moneris...which it soon will be. Also i like the fact that the system will integrate into multiple locations. So in the future when we open more Rock City Burgers And Bar locations it will be seamless.
