I did a lot of research on POS products prior to going with Lightspeed. It had everything that I needed for my retail business. Light speed: nieuwe klant :veel belovend MAAR veel beloftes en weinig uitkomst. Zelfs de accountmanager horen we niet meer. Alles wel betaald ondertussen. Echt triestig en zeer jammer. Altijd bereikbaar op het nr 0474 30 86 50 voor verdere toelichting

Better off lighting 2k on fire

Received my terminal ~6 months after purchasing. Misinformation by educators led to all the inventory having to be rescanned. Did not even use the product, everything still in boxes. Escalated to numerous people and no response except they will apply a discount if I purchase another year. They clearly don't care about their customers.

Lightspeed is very proactive about customer success!

Lightspeed is very proactive about customer success. Every time I've had an issue, whether it is service or feature-related, they are quick to respond and eager to help. They have also implemented many feature suggestions and take the time to let me know they have done so. Far and away the best customer service I've experienced from a POS provider.

Invest in you business futur …

More than a POS

I really like how they are always integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched. I will keep renewing my contract yearly as I have been for the past five years. They are always willing to work with you. When covid hit things were slow and they called me with a solution to a lot of things that would drive people to my online store. They are more than a POS.
