Buyer beware!!

Buyer beware!!! To any potential future customers, do yourself the favor and DO NOT purchase this software. My company signed up with them in May and paid up front for a years worth of service. However, in July, their software had a malfunction and reversed the authorization on our payments. I then had their collection teams and our account manager threatening us if we didn't pay again. Card Reader processes at LightSpeed!

I love the speed that Lightspeed processes customers transactions in the card reader. My only complaint is that the POS will occasionally freeze up and it has happened at the worst times when customers are waiting for their sale to be rung up. Other than that, I love it!

Perfect for POC Liquor Store!

I love Lightspeed's attention to customer service and patience with my amount of question asking! I always get to speak with a person!The inventory tracking in real-time along with iPad hardware mixed with Lightspeed POS software has been the most beneficial business move I've ever made! So many aspects of my day take less time, and if you own/run a business, you know that time is the most valuable thing you have!

Great easy to use reports

We've been using Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eComm

We've been using Lightspeed Retail and Lightspeed eCom for 4 years. After coming onboard with them, the link between our web store and our brick and mortar has been very smooth. Using one of their integrated apps (Ikeono) has given us great communication with our customers via text. Also, Lightspeed Retail inventory feature is pretty strong. We truly recommend them. Amazing Restaurant POS

Lightspeed Restaurant is very easy to use, based on iOS platform makes it quick and there are many options and features to customize based on the needs of your restaurant. Particularly the integration with Deliverect has been very helpful and centralized all our deliveries easily and in one place along side our take out orders. Highly recommend Lightspeed Restaurant POS for your business if you are looking to get great value and efficiency!

Depends Who You Deal With

Their platform is fantastic, and an account executive by the name of Taylor Richison is truly amazing. Unfortunately, that's where the good experience ends. For your sake, I hope you never need to ask for something even slightly out of the ordinary and you never need the Order Ahead feature. You won't get someone to help you for weeks.

The POS is working great but there is…

The POS is working great but there is issue that the order ones placed to the kitchen can't be modified. If customer says to modify anything after placing the order, the counter employee has to go to the kitchen to inform for modifications. Apart from this in kitchen display if new order window gets at the bottom it hides one item at the bottom which causes one item missing in the order.
