Making Business Easy!

I use lightspeed for my Point of Sale, Merchant Services, E-Commerce, & Website Hosting. It also works along with my Quickbooks accounting software. The biggest benefits for me are having one point of contact for all those services, 24/7 Support, that it is cloud based, and that I can access the system when I'm away from work to make customer quotes, check pricing, or help an employee on my day off. It allows me to make more money.

Stay away from this fraud company

Stay away from this fraud company. Their sales agent, Hailey and entire team is a fraud people. Customer services is far from truth in this fraud company. Never call back. I posted another review and a fraud from this company replied and said they will get back to me. Till today no one did (just like all other times). The absolute worst customer service. They were good untill they sold me the hardware and turned their back on me. I had to figure out everything on my own. Don't answer calls, messages, even the tech team say we will call you back but no response.

Pros and Cons of Lightspeed website builder

The website builder of lightspeed is really good and responsive. In my previous job we use it to upload all the products to store with around 3,000 products online and working excellent on it. Not only confortable with it the support team is a pillar on their compnay, they are always going to support you and help you with any question you have. One of the worst experience ever. Everything went well until I signed up and paid for a year fee. No answer from the sales rep regarding my account set up concerns. No answer from anyone. Emailed multiple times with no reply. Finally asked for a refund, suddenly rude sales rep called me and threatened saying that they dont refund me even though they were failed to set up my account. Small hospo businesses AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

We’re a new hospitality business and have not received any of our money from the first 2 weeks of being open. We’re on to week 3 now and still no answers on their end. The system is slow and inefficient compared to other POS systems I’ve used and the hidden charges and fees are an absolute rort. Avoid these scammers at all costs. I have written a Lightspeed review before and sadly my opinion remains unchanged. The frontend of Lightspeed is from what I understand a pretty good interface. However, the backend software that interacts with your accounting software (in my case Xero) and the Lightspeed support team have many red flags particularly when you scale up your operations. Very happy with Lightspped

We have been using Lightspeed for the past 2 years in our retail operation. It has helped us greatly with inventory and ease of sales at the register. This year we added the Loyalty program which our customers really seem to enjoy. The customer service/support from Lightspeed has been wonderful, very efficient and good turn around time. Overall we have been very please.
