Excellent POS system with flexibility for miles! It was one of the few that could handle my unique situation for our retail & wholesale retail liquor store. Their support is good with accommodating and knowledgeable staff.

I used lightspeed for a cafe I owned and honestly it was a great experience, my contact there was Christian he was my account manager he was always so helpful and went above and beyond always following up with me and making sure all was ok with the system, as I said a great experience, I also randomly meet another team member called Oso he was a customer at my cafe and he saw me having trouble operating my lightspeed, and he came from his table while having lunch and helped me :) great ...

Lightspeed X is simple yet sophisticated and comes with excellent support.
So far we have had an easy time implementing Lightspeed X into our stores and connecting to Woocommerce for our Ecom. Great product and support. This company actually cares and takes feedback seriously!

I have been using LIGHTSPEED for almost nine years now. cost hasn't increased that much. Id be fibbing to say it hadn't gone at all but like everything it has increased. Not dramatically or enough to make me say WOW! When ever I have needed service they have been very helpful and trustworthy. We currently also use LS Payments and it is effortless and seamless after the initial change!

I now have Lightspeed in two of the retail establishments I manage. The ease of getting started is incredible. It's easy to learn, easy to use, and easy to train your staff on. As well, it is very robust and versatile, suitable for any retail type business.
