Went out of their way to support post setup
We set up with Lightspeed earlier in the year and Blanca helped us through every step of the way, ensuring that she kept checking in and coming out to the venue to assist. Even 9 months later she was still helping us sort issues which she would personally fire up to the head of support even though she was only meant to help with implementation.

Extremely helpful
It was very difficult to get hold of the proper service. However I was able to connect with Catherine. Who turned out to be the guardian angel at light speed. Her service professional, outstanding and most of all efficient. Because of the of Catherine service I stayed with the company. She needs be commended for her work. My company name is Rillas Fusion Cuisine. My name.is Sheraz Khan. Without Catherine's I would have not been a client of light speed.

AWESOME to work with.
I have been very pleased with ability to get one on one help with onboarding, as well as 24 hour chat help! Everyone has been very knowledgeable and they have a step by step guide for everything. It is always a learning curve and they have made it easy to navigate on your own time with the chat option.

Lightspeed - a great POS
I was looking for a POS with inventory control and saw Lightspeed online. I spoke with an agent who explained everything about the system. We are a small store and didn't need a complicated system. Lightspeed was easy to set up and with live chats or a phone call we were able to resolve any issues we had. Lightspeed has allowed us to to grow into the ecommerce side of retail with ease.
