Lightspeed has been amazing over the last couple of years, since buying Vend. They have made countless updates which have improved our efficiency as a business as we continue to grow and scale. This usually comes with it's challenges but Lightspeed has made it much more of a smooth ride. I would also like to thank our account manager Vincent LoBasso who is always speedy with his replies when we are in need of guidance or support

The difference between lightspeed and…
The difference between lightspeed and other POS companies is their staff. Every time we need help or support with implementing something Adam K has been able to facilitate and help us make it happen!

K Cowell is the best!!!
Haven't always had a perfect experience in the past but now I have the best service and support I ever could wish for from Customer Success Manager Ms K. Cowell. Absolutely superb. Kind, patient and super quick. Could not ask for more!
