Was good to be able to speak to Kimberly and explain our issues. Hopefully this will lead to these issues being directed to correct department and either being sorted or explained why it is this way

Quick and perfect help!
Had a problem regarding government rules and had to disable all Ecom items. I just couldn't figure out how to do so quickly because there were at least 2000... Contacted Lightspeed and had a chat with Rutger and he helped me with my problem. It got fixed in no time! And this was not the first time. If we ever had a problem they would always help us the best they can!
