Reliable and easy scaleable system
Reliable system, easy scaleable and the pricing is acceptable. Hardware affordable as you can buy it yourself and maintain it yourself. We use it for 7 years already and have seen lot's of development, they keep improving the front and backend.

The support and onboarding. Responsive. Real. Genuine and helpful. I've worked in Hospo all my life and have bounced around a lot of software, and their support networks, sometimes it feels like you're the potato in a game of hot potato.
