Happy about starting with Lever
What do you like best? Candidate-centered approach, quite easy to set up. Really good implementation experience What do you dislike? All integrations are paid. Some things aren't very adjustable (pipeline for example). But those are details that aren't crucial for our team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Clear process, hiring team involvement, everyone on the same page

OUTSTANDING Implementation Experience!
What do you like best? User friendliness - very intuitive and at the same time robust, as compared to other ATS. What do you dislike? Help center seems mostly available via email - would like to be able to call and speak directly with tech support when needed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better applicant tracking, following, and reporting capabilities. A vast improvement over our previous system.

Involve the entire company into the hiring process.
What do you like best? This Lever is amazing because it facilitates the internal redirection of employees. It is an simple manner to follow the development of our company and give feedback when needed. It is also useful to follow new interview processes as well as help determine whether a candidate looks like YES or NOT. What do you like best? It is easier to track candidates and now it takes much less time. I like that we never miss an email from them thanks to notifications. I can say that lever improved our candidate experience for sure. What do you dislike? Reports can be developed but it's still working good enough to track our monthly stats. I just hate that I can't sort candidates according to their graduation year, university or other details like that. What problems are you solving ...

Our experience in implementing the Lever system was outstanding from start to finish. In particular, our Implementation Specialist Bahaar Cheema was wonderful, providing a level of support and expertise we've rarely seen with other initiatives!

Great tool
What do you like best? Reporting is easy, the workflow is elegant, the chat functionality works great, and the basic dashboard format is simple and clean, but you can't change it. The basic dashboard layout is simple and clean, but you can't change it. Hmm. Actually, it is great because it allows you to connect to both email and entertainment. What do you like best? The best thing about Lever is in its simplest form so easy to hire, manage and track applicants into an organization. It takes 50 % of the headache away from our team as it helps us manage the hiring processes so easily. Communication becomes easy and it can also be stored for later use when you need to go back and double-check on applicants.
