Very easy and straight forward implementation
What do you like best? During implmentation every week was exteremly put together with assignments and tasks What do you dislike? So far the system is working very well for us. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Quicker turn around time, less navigation within a system.

Super informational and extremely helpful!
What do you like best? The efficiencies Lever brings when it comes to tracking and reporting. My company thrives off of data and the fact we are now able to track every candidate that applies and progress our hiring in a positive way is very beneficial. Just the best cloud based application tracking system
What do you like best? Lever is super intuitive to use. It's use of simple terminology allows candidate tracking and processing really straightforward and simple. Shortlisting process also strong and again, just intuitive. What do you dislike? Hard to find a downside to be honest. Great ATS for early-stage businesses
What do you like best? Lever's visual layout and the focus on user experience with every new feature gives it a clear advantage over Greenhouse, which has many of the same features but tends to overload on functionality, often leading to users having to click 7 times to change a single word in a job description. Find proper people for your tech company.
What do you like best? Convenient and simple user interface. It is great that I simply uploaded the job interview file for the applicant and they've the CV of yours and all of the info I need. It allows me to quickly transport everything to Lever. I also love the velocity as well as ease of sending out evaluation cards after the job interview. During the interview I just take notes immediately from Lever, and after the job interview I fill in and send what the HR department of ours calls ...

Neat Interface
What do you like best? The ATS is neat and clean. In the sense, the UI UX part seems to be taken care of. Lever has neat looking pipelines, ease of use & intuitive interface. What do you dislike? I think Lever has a set process and they want most to follow the process as set by Lever. Any changes/customization should be done by their support team for which we need to submit a request through the portal (less freedom). Also, the pricing is crazy. What do you like best? Nice-looking interface. Great for reviewing candidates and moving them through the candidate journey. What do you dislike? A simple tool for applicants, an amazing data source for internal HR and Talent Teams
What do you like best? Having an implementation coordinator who took the time to learn our systems and understand the complexity of our hybrid model was the main reason we were able to deploy so quickly What do you dislike? Deployed Lever in the past 60 days and I love it!
Deployed Lever in the past 60 days and it is a night and day difference versus our prior system. We have seen an increase in traffic, % completion, and total applications - You cannot ask for any more.
