You will not find a better full-cycle ATS
What do you like best? - It starts with a very intuitive UI. It's very easy for a new team member to utilize Lever with very little, to no training. - Lever Nurture is a best in class sourcing outreach tool, that lives inside of Lever with no clunky integrations. - Flexibility to create scorecards, recruiting stages, etc. - Candidate ownership is critical among our recruiters as the company scales. - Lever is our single source of truth with most of what we need built in, ...

One of the best hiring tools that are worth using for good.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? One of the best things I like about Lever is the smooth and easy user interface. I can get a lot of things done using the system because everything is so easy to figure out even without asking for any help at all. With Lever, I don’t have to use multiple apps for scheduling interviews, applicant evaluation, and so much more. Great product and smooth implementation.
What do you like best? Nothing can ever beat an accurate reference check of a candidate, and Lever does the job perfectly. Managing job applications have become easier with the Lever software. It also allows us to easily schedule an interview for potential candidates. The integrated emailing feature has been proved to be a valuable feature for us. Excellent and Fast - brings everything for hiring in once place
What do you like best? I love the tagging and screening process. The scheduling is seamless but has little scope for improvement. Nurture is the most amazing thing about Lever. It lets you reach out to candidates passively through continuous engagement. Ease of use is great. Great product!
What do you like best? I love the simplicity of the product, and how easy it is to configure to our needs. I also love the integrations with products like Zoom. What do you dislike? We'd like to have a few more automations. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lever has solved a tonne of problems for us - both in terms of standardising our processes and getting great reporting.

Katie Parides is the best!
What do you like best? Lever was so easy to sign up for for and implement. /our implementation specialist, Katie Parides was personable, professional, and super responsive. She made our transition from Google hire seamless. What do you dislike? That we didn't find Lever sooner. Such a relief. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Simple interface, and easy integrations make less people more productive.

Is probably better for larger companies
What do you like best? The email templates are useful. If you only need to schedule a number of interviews on the same day their scheduling tool is pretty great and does integrate with interviewer calendars. You can automate EEOC surveys, which is pretty nice What do you dislike? Their Cust Service is not great. If you can get a chat open, they are pretty responsive, but their implementation is pretty non existent. Advice - Negotiate the highest level of customer support when ...
