Excels in Fluidity and Centrality

Lever excels in storing loads of information in a centralized platform. Very easy to navigate through and between candidate profiles. Lever has a social media-like feel to the layout which made it easy to assimilate during our company wide launch.

Would Recommend Lever and the Team!

Lever has been great for us! It gives us a simple and clear picture of our recruiting progress and where we need to improve. There are a few additional features that we wish were a part of in Lever but we have communicated that to the Lever team, who either echoed the sentiment or helped us come up with a work-around.

LEVER has great functionality

LEVER has great functionality. I think that it's taken longer on my side to adapt how I do work in LEVER all day than any functionality being unfit for use. It's more that I am under-utilizing the tool. For example on a specific search that I started sourcing in LinkedIn, I had to hit my groove to Link the profile in LEVER then send the InMail in order to get the stats. Lever appears to offer neat features but...

Lever appears to offer neat features, but too many functional flaws. The email integration pulls in wrong email threads to a candiate profile. Accuracy of data is concerning, and even wrong contact info is pulled to the wrong candidate files. The compatibiltiy with Windows is super weak.

Love Lever!

Lever is a great ATS platform for many reasons. It's user friendly, intuitive, and streamlines the recruiting process from application to hire. Our transition from our former ATS to Lever was surprisingly very simple. When it came to building out our company's processes, templates, workflows, etc. the system is straight forward and easy to use. Lever's customer service is responsive and helpful. Does not integrate with Outlook

If you happen to be on Outlook, do not engage. Before we signed our contract, we were told that they have enabled their platform to integrate with Outlook, not the case. After the ink dried on the contract ( 9/2015) we were told that it will be delivered shortly (end of Q1). They completely missed that deadline. The best part after that, their VP of Customer Success jump on a call to tell me that it isn't important enough to their business to pursue integration and that they have other ...

Never thought I would feel this way about an ATS

As a former user of Jobvite and most recently ICIMS. My outlook on ATSs before was that they all were the lesser of evils. Most solutions solve a few pain points but leaves you wanting so much more. From Day 1 Lever has changed that POV for me :) Super intuitive UI, very personable sales folks, amazing post sales support, integrations w/LinkedIn & Gmail, reasonable pricing.
