The best ATS!

Absolutely love Lever and recommend it unequivocally over other solutions. The best customer service I have seen- knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with!

Very nice and helpful CRM/ATS system

I like the fact that I have everything in one place. I see the whole conversation on e-mails (good integration with Google) and comments about the candidates. The Hiring Managers don't come to me and ask about the candidate but go to LEVER and see the whole candidate process.The cons are that not everything was easy at first and is not intuitive for example: giving notes. Also about statistics LEVER does not show how many people open and see the job posting.

So User Friendly!

I finally have a way to get hiring mangers involved in the recruitment process and it has streamlined the candidate and manager experience. Also, the customer service experience during the implementation has been outstanding. I am still working on getting it to integrate with my other systems, but it's really been meeting our needs so far!

Love Lever …

I recently started working with Lever and I never want to go back to use any other ATS every again. Hands down the best system I've used in my 12+ years in HR. This system saves me precious time and its effortlessly intuitive...drag/drop functions to populate candidate profiles in a sec, templates that make reaching out and scheduling super easy.love love love!

Lever makes hiring simple

Lever has made our candidate sourcing 10x more productive. Our team is able to recommend candidates quickly and Lever allows us to keep everyone organized in one place. Feedback on candidates is also very simple and we've been able to streamline our review/interview process in a big way.

Great implementation process with Lever!

We are going through implementation for our new Lever ATS and are so excited to learn about all of its great capabilities! We have the most awesome implementation specialist - Monika is so professional, knowledgeable and responsive. A great experience so far!

Excellent software

Excellent software, built be folks who understand the nuances of recruiting and the value of both the candidate experience as well as the impact of using prospecting automation for passive talent pools. The only reason I'm not rating Lever at 5 stars if because the scheduling tool is still not where it needs to be. Overall an excellent way to maximize your recruiting efforts with a smart ATS.

Lever is a great tool for companies big & small! While there are a few product enhancements here & there I'd love to see, you'll be hard pressed to find a tool that has 100% of what you want. Whenever I do have suggestions, the Lever team is more than gracious - not to mention, refreshingly transparent about whether or not something may actually happen.Onboarding was a breeze. Super simple to get other teams (hiring managers, peers, etc) involved. The email syncing & templates are a dream. ...

Amazing customer service!

I've been using Lever for the last few months with my new company - and it is great! It integrates nearly seamlessly with Gmail and Google calendar and makes it very easy for me to communicate with my hiring managers. But the best thing is their customer service! I must email them every other day with a question or suggestion, and they are so responsive. I receive a response usually within an hour or so, and they'll email back and forth with me to problem solve anything I'm running into, or ...
