Lever is good with the potential to be great, in my opinion. We recently went live with the product and so far our recruiters like it and our hiring managers are giving us good feedback too. It truly is intuitive and user-friendly, and does not bog our staff down with an abundance of options or layers. Amazing ATS!

What an amazing ATS! The team at Lever is incredible to work with - they are so responsive, hands-on, and pleasant to work with. The interface and interview 'flow' is set up in an intuitive way that makes it easy for people to understand and navigate. We implemented about 6 montsh ago and have already seen seen major user adoption, not just from the recruiting team, but across all company functions.

The Lever team is great to work with, and very responsive! Everyone (from the CS team who handles tickets to our implementation specialist) has been incredibly professional and helpful. Amazing for Interview Scheduling!

I have to schedule complicated interview days and Lever makes this a breeze. I can see everything all in one place and I don't have to jump between applications. I can see all the interviewer's schedules, drag and drop interviewers to different interviews, and the start times for the interviews auto adjust based on when the last interview ends.I would rate this a 5, but I think the bulk import of resumes is still a little buggy, it would be nice to have keyboard shortcuts to navigate ...

Intuitive and Easy to Navigate

Pros: Lever is so intuitive, user friendly and easy to navigate. The customer support was helpful in setting it up, and instructional videos and articles were helpful in learning the system.Cons: I don't care for how the feedback feature is set up and seems time consuming. Lever doesn't have the most convenient way for creating blind screening of resumes to eliminate unconscious bias.

Lever is a fantastic & must have recruitment tool!

I have introduced Lever at a company of 500+ employees and couldn't be happier with it! As an ATS, the system is amazing - especially around building candidate pools, managing your candidates through the process and having a solid overall picture of the whole pipeline. Moving from an out-of-date and clunky ATS to Lever has been one of the best things to happen to me as a recruiter. I love that I have access to all the candidate information in one place! The large amount of features in Lever are all completely user friendly. I recommend this product 100% to anyone looking to upgrade their recruitment experience on both the recruiter and the candidate side.

Levers' Customer Support is the BEST!

Pros: Name your tags - it's so easy to categorize one or many candidates, making finding them again a breeze! And adding "stages" to the pipeline allows you to completely customize how one uses Lever A+. Shout out to KA who goes above and beyond customer service!Cons: That I can not redact information from resumes, so as to remove unconscious bias from reviewers.....
