Lever pros and cons

  • Intuitive, user-friendly interface with minimal training needed, enabling quick adoption across teams, including non-technical users.

  • Enhances collaboration and transparency within hiring teams and stakeholders by centralizing information and processes.

  • Offers useful features like bulk actions, nurture campaigns, built-in templates, and Chrome extensions for increased productivity.

A complete tool for your recruitment

What do you like best? I like the fact that you can manage in a very simple way applications, but also that you can set up several feedback forms and invite everyone to complete and be an active actor in the recruitment process. What do you dislike? Some technical little parts, like the fact that when you invite a candidate for an interview you result to have two different invitation in your calendar (one for the candidate, and another one for the rest of the participants) and it's ...

A lot easier to recruit strong candidates.

What do you like best? And above all, a really intuitive user interface. For a new staff member, making use of the Lever is extremely basic, requires minimal energy and requires no instruction. Lever is a superb tool to achieve sourcing objectives, there's no requirement for uncomfortable integration. Flexibility in the development of scorecards, rented stages, etc. As the business expands, candidate responsibility is essential for the recruiters of ours. Lever is actually the sole ...

Seamless workflow with Lever.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Lever can integrate itself with my Gmail account. It means that I can do some recruitment work wherever I go and schedule interviews even when I’m at home. With Lever, you no longer need more applications because it's an all on one package. What aspects are problematic or could work better? One of the thing that bothers me is the duplicate invites that I receive on my emails for interviews and meetings. This can confuse me, so I ...

Best ATS I've worked with

Best ATS I've worked with. Scheduling is super easy with scheduling links and google calendar integration. The one downfall is that there is no Zoom integration for the startup-tier plan. You have to upgrade to a higher tier for that, which isn't terrible but would be nice to have as an early stage company

Great experience with Lever! Love the candidate experience, reporting, and ease of use!

What do you like best? I love the simple interface that is surprisingly powerful. The candidate experience is so simple and fast. Reporting in Lever is already great and a leap above anything else out there, and now I just found out that it's getting even more powerful in an upcoming release. What do you dislike? I was going to say that bulk resume reviews were lacking, but they just released an update that makes it super easy to move through a series of resumes very quickly. And, ...

Organized Pipeline

What do you like best? Easily track leads and different categories of leads and where they are in the hiring process. Easily add notes and keep track of actions taken with potential hires. Very customizable. What do you dislike? It is a bit glitchy when trying to view candidates in different sections of the process. A bit frustrating when one candidate who wants to apply for multiple job openings duplicates or becomes locked into one owner. Recommendations to others considering ...

Is Lever writing its own Positive Reviews?

Not sure if its Lever customers or Lever themselves writing the positive Reviews. I am head of TA at a startup and Lever's reporting is horrible. I ask to download candidate metrics on how many mgr screens, onsites, offer pendings, hires, offer declines etc. (without the thousand of candidates names just the count)Pretty simple right? Customer support told me"we can't do that you will need to cut and paste on a spread sheet then do it manually". The score card also has simple limitations. I ...

Lever helps to examine the candidate properly.

What do you like best? There is nothing much more successful than a comprehensive examination of the candidate, as well as Lever will it completely. Management of job apps has been made simple with Lever. It allows for us to quickly prepare interviews with prospective applicants. The integrated e mail functionality proved to be extremely beneficial for us. Its real-time reporting capabilities help to always keep the workflow up to date.
