Simple, Easy to use, but has deeper reporting capabilities

What do you like best? At first glance and use, Lever is an easy tool to learn and use. The UI is simple and clean and the workflow is direct. It is easy to onboard your team through Google SSO and assigning (and later changing) permissions is easy. There is a slight learning curve on what the different levels of access entail, but it's a quick study for most. What do you like best? Lever makes it easy to move candidates through the pipeline and keep applicants in one place. What do you dislike? Our team dislikes the appearance of summary forms that are submitted to hiring managers so much that we do not use this feature. The syncing of candidates with LinkedIn could also be better (we often have to manually sync).
