Good for LinkedIn Users
What do you like best? I like how seamless the integration is with LinkedIn. Every time someone responds to a message, it immediately sets up a profile on Lever. Lever is intuitive and easy to use. Good for companies that don't need a lot of customization. What do you dislike? I don't like how you can't review the full offer letter until after it has been approved. Right tool for where we are at today.
What do you like best? The team tells me that Lever has all the right functionality for where we are at today as an organization. It allows them to streamline the Talent Acquisition process on their side as well as the candidate experience. What do you dislike? Makes Recruiting Much Faster
What do you like best? I appreciate the easy and quick functionality of Lever. They were thoughtful to create something that was easy to use and can integrate well with other platforms. It's easy to go back and forth from LinkedIn and have all your data show up in the Chrome Extension. What do you dislike? Reporting in Lever is much harder than the impression I got during training/implementation. It's difficult to know where to get to get the insights I want and how to get them. ...

Good Tool - Would focus on UI
What do you like best? Reporting data and integrations for scheduling. I think Lever has a ton to offer with how and what they can report on, and I really appreciate how easy they've worked to make it to schedule and reschedule candidates. What do you dislike? Frankly- it isn't pretty. I miss the UI of Greenhouse and having a "home page" that captured everything and navigation that was clear. Just trying to find where job links are to post is clunky. One of the most user friendly and visually appealing applicant tracking system
What do you like best? Easy to learn. User friendly. Picked it up quickly. Easy to teach others. Visually appealing. Smooth flowing. What do you dislike? Lacks some organization. Hard for bigger companies to use and stay organized. Little bit glitchy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to train other people at far locations. People pick it up very easily.

Good workflow, am able to use Lever like a tracker What do you dislike? the sync to emails and having to receive lever updates for everyone on my team What problems are you solving with the product? Great for mid size company
What do you like best? We are a mid size company in CA and implemented Lever about a year ago. It is easy to navigate and has a great sourcing tool that links to LinkedIn. What do you dislike? There are some improvements that can make the ATS be better such as being able to change date of employment after offer approvals. Any changes even if it is this tiny will need approvals again. A lot of features, not sure if we need them all
What do you like best? Lever offers a lot of clear workflows for moving patients through the interviewing process and theoretically a lot of integrations with email and calendars to help make that an easy process What do you dislike? Talent Acquisition - Lever
What do you like best? We moved over to Lever after using another ATS (icims). We are a mid-size fast growing startup, so icims did not fit in with our TA process and plan. The best part of Lever, is the integration to our current systems (Gmail) and the ability to schedule interviews with the scheduling tool.
