What do you like best? Lever has been most helpful at getting all involved to provide feedback from their interviews. It also has provided a central location for all to view candidates and status. Perfect ATS!
What do you like best? For me the best thing about Lever is the usability. It has a slick clean layout with easy to use functionalities. Additionally it has great integrations with LinkedIn etc which makes life so much easier. What do you dislike? Notifications can be annoying and constant. Also i would love to be able to clear old feedback forms that were not needed in one go instead of having to manually clear each on with a reason why. What problems are you solving with the ...

Great ATS
What do you like best? A very interactive tool that you can customize and make useful to your company. I enjoy the nurture campaigns and the ability to send for others. What do you dislike? Can be hard to internally search for candidates with a specific skillset What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking candidates and time to hire. I really enjoy the reports you can run with Lever to bring to hiring managers to get their buy-in.

Extremely User Friendly
What do you like best? The structure and organization of the way it is set up. What do you dislike? Some tools are klunky. Issues recently with Lever and Google Calendar working. Support from both parties kept sending our IT Tech back and forth to each other. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I love the fact that you have all types of reports about your recruitment processes and candidates from data gathered in the system. You can easily schedule a phone call with your candidate by using an EasyBook Link generated from Lever (no Calendly needed!). What do you like best? I love how easily I can view where applicants are in the stages of my pipeline! I also particularly love how many reports we are able to pull easily. What do you dislike? Great for centralized hiring
What do you like best? User friendly, great for sharing across recruiters What do you dislike? The candidates that are applying to multiple positions end up being moved forward across all roles.
