What do you like best? It is super easy to use, integrated with LinkedIn Recruiter. Very easy to learn and keeps your work organised What do you dislike? I reckon having a separate tab for unprocessed applications. sometimes the jobs they are against can get a little confusing. A Game Changer for Tracking / Hiring Talent
What do you like best? I think it's usability, it's sleekness and excellent UX really drive this platform for me as a Talent Manager. User friendly, very easy to pick up
What do you like best? I like that it automates processes that we already have in place so we can do everything in one place What do you dislike? Somethings cant be customized, for example the field in requisitions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our approval process for offers and job postings are being solved with Lever.

Wonderful, user-friendly product!!!
What do you like best? Our implementation representative, Monika, was super helpful. She took took the time to understand our needs and made the implementation process smooth and efficient. We've been able to give our candidates a great experience from start to finish. We loved that candidates can also apply with their LinkedIn profile. Hiring solved
What do you like best? Lever has already saved and will save an immense amount of time for our HR team. The interface is very clean and efficient and focuses on the productivity and efficiency of everyone involved. It is the single source of truth about all candidates for us. No more spreadsheets, emails, Slack channels, and messages. Everything is in Lever now and the whole company uses it, thanks to Office 365/ G Suite SSO and permissions management. Great way to keep a pipeline of candidates for your growing company
What do you like best? Easy integrations with multiple job posting sites (angellist, linkedin, indeed, etc) What do you dislike? Truly an excellent and intuitive product.
What do you like best? I really like the ability to hit one click at the end of the process to hire the candidate and they feed directly into our HR system and get sent to our background check. It makes life so simple. I also love the ability to develop customized interview questionaires for each person. What do you dislike? I don't like that if you make a small change to an offer letter (like the start date) you have to route the whole offer through the approval chain again. This ...

Easy to Use
What do you like best? A lot of the applications are integrated. What do you dislike? no dislikes, just have to get use to the system What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time = money. Is taking us less time to schedule phone screens. Also, all the applications are in one area.
