Great ATS Platform
What do you like best? I have used multiple ATS programs and Lever is by far one of the easiest and most complete I have used. Very intuitive and easy to use, good tracking capabilities and the visual layout is very appealing. What do you dislike? I would suggest working on being able to use other video conferencing programs and being able to push job postings to other common positing sites, like Indeed or LinkedIn. What do you like best? I love the fact that Lever.co is candidate-centric - keeping everything related to a candidate in a single record along with copies of every interaction across every job. Additionally, the system has a slick interface that makes it feel modern and allows for lots of customization on the front-end as part of your job board (if you have the developers or resources to do it). Lever works great, but there's room for improvement
What do you like best? I like that Lever comes with a CRM and you can nurture candidates that aren't going to be hired right away. The scheduling is intuitive for our coordinators and I like the linkedIn integration. What do you dislike? The platform is candidate focused instead of job focused and it's very hard to gather meaningful metrics that we can gain insights from with our data out of Lever. Great User Interface and CRM Capabilities but Questionable Sales Tactics
What do you like best? The user interface is highly intuitive. Hiring managers and recruiters easily learn the system with minimal training. I love the Leads section and how easy it is to add resumes in a way that is OFCCP compliant. The interview feedback and templates are very helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Integration with LinkedIn, email, custom flow for our needs, team access for collaboration. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Implementation was quick, the tool is easy to navigate, and I love the integration with LinkedIn. What do you dislike? Our sub-divisions have a separate email domain and can't use Lever without substantial additional costs.
