One of the best ATS in the market
What do you like best? Super easy to use, it doesn't take a lot of time to understand it (and find your way), Lever Nurture is the best ever. It's easy to change steps etc. What do you dislike? Lever Reports is not always that clear to me. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Lever makes my life much easier. I can reject and move candidates forward in bulk, create a automated reach out campaign (from the hiring manager's name as well!).

Adequate ATS
What do you like best? I like the ability to have multiple hiring managers on postings What do you dislike? I don't like the "internal" and "unlisted" meanings. If I want my post to be only viewable to my current team, I think I should be able to choose internal, but instead, it's unlisted. Minor issue really; Lever is perfectly fine. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't solved any problems or realized any benefits. It's ...

Lever is Okay
What do you like best? It tracks all the communication with the candidate and has decent integrations. If you have a simple recruiting process across the company, it will work great for you. They have good and robust feedback forms. What do you dislike? We have recruiting process which varies from one department to another (for example, one department has 3 recruitment stages, another has 6). Lever cannot adapt the stages for a department or a specific job post. This creates a lot ...

Great recruiting system but the HRIS integration is unreliable
What do you like best? I use Lever on the HR side (not recruiting) and I appreciate the full repository for all candidates and the ease of submitting interview feedback. What do you dislike? Previously, we used Lever to import to the basic information into our HRIS for the purposes of onboarding, but the integration stopped working for whatever reason. Although I am aware that the integration has now been improved, I don't have confidence in the reliability. Also, when I was ...

Very handy and easy to navigate
What do you like best? the fact that it allows you to define your process / steps and progress candidates accordingly. + the GDPR consent What do you dislike? I do not like that hired people go into archive Recommendations to others considering the product: go for it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ease of access, tracking other colleagues and staying on top of different conversations without having to follow up ...

Holistic Platform with Quality Featutures
What do you like best? Integration with email and linkedin recruiter What do you dislike? The candidate based views as opposed to a jobs based view doesn't work well for me but I can see the benefits of it for others. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Missed communication and data on candidates.

Better than our old solution
What do you like best? We used to use a competitor that hosted our entire careers section of the website on their platform. We had zero control to update content, track hits, etc. As the Marketing Manager, this was my top concern. Now we build out the page(s) as we'd like, and just embed our Lever job posting data. What do you dislike? Nothing so far — I've used our old tool to hire one employee, and our new tool to hire one employee. As the hiring manager, I much prefer ...
