What do you like best? The nurture feature is fantastic for candidate outreach. What do you dislike? It would be helpful to have color on the program to help keep track of candidates. Recommendations to others considering the product: Go for it - for the price and customer service, Lever is a great buy. Easy and intuitive
What do you like best? The product is user friendly and easy to use. It can be used by the different teams smoothly. What do you dislike? It would be great to have a bit more flexibility in terms of customisation for the different markets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is an effective tool which has removed most of the pain points of reviewing candidates profile in different teams.

What do you like best? Lever is a fantastic ATS for growing companies looking for a more robust system. The add-on of Nurture helps support talent acquisition, which is a differentiator in the ATS market. What do you like best? What I like best about Lever is that it has all the functionality you want as a recruiter, while still being user-friendly for hiring managers. What do you dislike? Great support & smooth implementation
What do you like best? You can ask any question at any time and will get support and guidance on your Lever implementation. I always felt very well supported by Rain! What do you dislike? The only downside I experienced was the time difference when communicating, but this was also solved in a compromising way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More automation of former manual processes, which means a lot of saved time for us!

What do you like best? We can tell, with reminders, the exact state of every candidate and what communication we've had with them. What do you dislike? Very difficult to give employees full access to only one candidate, therefore only recruiters and management user the tool and we have to perform the data entry. Solid ATS with a number of limitations
What do you like best? Fairly easy interface and clean design. It does the basic ATS functions well. It's nice to be able to have a Slack integration and to send offer letters with a connection to DocuSign. All of that makes things convenient. What do you dislike? It's missing a few key things: 1) Embedded applications. We just simply wanted to be able to embed the application form on our own website, the way that lots of CMS like Hubspot do. 2) Email templates are a mess. ...

Efficient and Effective
What do you like best? The flexibility of Lever allows us to document in a smart and clear way. I love that we can have multiple interviewers collaborate quickly on each candidate and note insights and info every step of the way without clutter and confusion.
