Easy and intuitive

What do you like best? The product is user friendly and easy to use. It can be used by the different teams smoothly. What do you dislike? It would be great to have a bit more flexibility in terms of customisation for the different markets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is an effective tool which has removed most of the pain points of reviewing candidates profile in different teams.

What do you like best? What I like best about Lever is that it has all the functionality you want as a recruiter, while still being user-friendly for hiring managers. What do you dislike? Great support & smooth implementation

What do you like best? You can ask any question at any time and will get support and guidance on your Lever implementation. I always felt very well supported by Rain! What do you dislike? The only downside I experienced was the time difference when communicating, but this was also solved in a compromising way. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? More automation of former manual processes, which means a lot of saved time for us!

Solid ATS with a number of limitations

What do you like best? Fairly easy interface and clean design. It does the basic ATS functions well. It's nice to be able to have a Slack integration and to send offer letters with a connection to DocuSign. All of that makes things convenient. What do you dislike? It's missing a few key things: 1) Embedded applications. What do you like best? The flexibility of Lever allows us to document in a smart and clear way. I love that we can have multiple interviewers collaborate quickly on each candidate and note insights and info every step of the way without clutter and confusion.
