From a recruitment standpoint, Lever has been life-changing!
What do you like best? The system has many user-friendly functionalities that have increased our team efficiency two-fold. The many integrations with other systems like Zoom, Hiretual, DocuSign, etc, have benefited us tremendously. What do you dislike? Great way to manage your hiring pipeline
What do you like best? Cloud based software - with a heap of automation What do you dislike? Disengaged team at Lever - hard to connect with support and sales team at times What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation (mostly to respond to unsuccessful candidates) Cloud with notes for other internal team members

Lever is a great product and is very easy to use!!
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to use and how many people can access the information you input in it so it is easier for the entire team. I like that all of the candidates are blocked by either job or owner. What do you dislike? I wish that it integrated with certain sites more such as linkedin, gmail, etc. I feel that the integration can be really slow sometimes and it is constantly reloading. The accessibility of it for all the hiring managers - all of which have found it easy to navigate/use from day 1, the training and support is great - Diana Duri was assigned our account and was patient with us to say the least as our schedules can change quickly. What do you like best? I loved how simple the UI and ease-of-use Lever is. Super simple to make a referral and track the candidate's progress. Great Implementation specialist + experience with the Software thus far!
What do you like best? We wanted something that could be implemented quickly and easily, it was also important that the price made sense given our current stage in the company's life. Diana and Lopa were the best :)
What do you like best? I really liked their kindness, they did their best to explain to me step by step how to use the tool, lot of patience but also kindness. What do you dislike? - I don't like the way we can create a job description? I would have preferred to use bullet points whenever I need. Good Recruiting Tool
What do you like best? I like that Lever is centered on the candidate experience. Being able to have a constant candidate profile, and then open and close jobs keeps the search focussed on people. What do you dislike? Having one pipeline for all jobs is a bit difficult.
