A Story of Two Halves

What do you like best? The best side about Lever is the feel of it - feels modern and has some features that make it very easy to use like easy to create and use application questions, customisable (to a point) process design, communication templates (emails), and an easy "tagging" function. Lever - some great and some not-so-great

Lever is a beautifully designed product. It has some really good functionality and it is also lacking some typical, "thought you didn't have to ask" functionality of an ATS (ie automatic closure of a job). I love the immediacy of the updating that occurs in Lever - I don't like the fact that all hiring managers with access to candidates can see all of the active applications they've got going. My implementation manager (B Cheema) was a shining light in the implementation process.

Great system matched with incredible service

Clear and easy to use with great functionality. The implementation process was excellent, professional and made enjoyable by Rain. He is a real asset to the team.

Lever has beaten all our expectations!

Changing the game in our recruiting productivity

What do you like best? Lever offers a robust and complex system in the most efficient way for recruiters productivity in mind. What would take other systems multiple clicks to accomplish takes Lever 1-2 clicks. The candidate management system is organized and really allows for more visibility to your pipeline. Lever is a great ATS for small-mid-sized company productivity

Lever seems to be built with the user in mind, they used a bunch of automation that actually makes the workflow faster from scheduling to internal communication and creating documents like offer letters, etc. I realized results immediately upon implementing Lever with a higher volume of candidates scheduled for the same amount of work I did before.
