Best ATS ive ever used!

What do you like best? I love the ease of use and full visibility you get with the platform. The reporting function is excellent also. What do you dislike? Not much to be honest. It would be nice to be able to assign more hiring managers to the Requisitions. You can assign a Req Owner, and Req Hiring Manager. but sometimes more than one hiring manager will need visibility of the Reqs. Its not a necessity, just a nice to have! terrible system for any external…

terrible system for any external recruiter to use. You upload a candidate and that's it. You're then completely locked out, can't edit, can't add additional notes, can't even see the candidate profile again. I put lever a long way below every other system I've used including Taleo, Brassring, Workable, iCims, Peopleclick and jobvite.

What do you like best? decent for recruiters, the user interface seems updated, tracking candidates is good. What do you dislike? Reporting is awful and has to be done manually outside the system, data is not reliable are our two biggest challenges. Also the inability to upload a hiring plan for the year and launch for budgeted start dates. Scheduling interviews for video and in-person is a struggle, particularly when needing to reschedule it puts a huge burden on hiring managers ...
