What do you like best? The biggest upside of using Lever is that you can view the entire candidate profile in one spot unlike any other ATS. This helps recruitment teams to be more steamlined with touchpoints throughout the candidate lifecycle. What do you like best? I liked my Lever rep, Malavika. She was incredibly communicative and accommodating, and was super fast at answering all of my (many!) questions. What do you dislike?
