What do you like best? Strong analytics and smooth implementation. It's saved considerable time for both my team and hiring managers. What do you like best? The biggest upside of using Lever is that you can view the entire candidate profile in one spot unlike any other ATS. This helps recruitment teams to be more steamlined with touchpoints throughout the candidate lifecycle. Scheduling phone screens is also a breeze; no need for Calendly anymore with Lever's EasyBook feature. What do you like best? I liked my Lever rep, Malavika. She was incredibly communicative and accommodating, and was super fast at answering all of my (many!) questions. What do you dislike?
