What do you like best? Integration into LinkedIn is fantastic, and very simple to upload candidates. What do you dislike? It can be a little tricky switching around the candidates list/jobs, but it's easy to get around. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling is amazing, and getting feedback from hiring managers is faster than ever.

Good ATS but still has some minor improvements to be made

What do you like best? The scheduling feature they have built into the platform is a life saver. I can book rooms within it, add Hangout links, and it creates separate invites for separate meetings with a schedule noted so folks know who is first, next, and last. It also automatically sends out a feedback link to interviewers so they can put their notes directly into the platform. It'll remind people who haven't submitted feedback and can do it through Slack if the user has synced it. ...

Everything I needed

Lever was pretty amazing in so many ways helping me to organize the candidates and scheduling the interviews was so much easier for the candidates but myself too. Amazing integration team, Gagan was really awesome explaining everything I needed and Bryan who gave me the demo and support after purchasing the product was pretty amazing too. Really amazing teams that support each other really well and it was always pleasant to work with them!

Improving the efficiency our company recruits people remotely.

What do you like best? Lever allows for the efficiency of recruiters in the most effective manner for a flexible and dynamic system. It may allow several clicks from other programs to do requires 1-2 clicks from Lever. The nominee management program is structured, so it also offers the process more exposure. Best Applicant Tracking System

What do you like best? Lever is straightforward and easy to use. It allows for integrations with systems our organization already uses, such as Slack, and provides a seamless integration with our current process flow. What do you dislike? Ideal ATS Experience

My experience implementing and working with Lever was far superior to my experience utilizing Workday in a previous organization. Lever is user friendly and has integration options with other software like Slack and Zoom that make it easy to weave into an improve an existing process with minimal disruption to the broader recruitment team. We were fully guided and supported during our implementation period and I felt like a super user by launch day!

What do you like best? Ease of use. CRM function. Lever is simple and easy for everyone to pick up using. Easy to train others on. Calvin was great and made implementation very easy. Great Customer Service!

Katie Parides was amazing with the implementation process. She explained all aspects of Lever very clearly and always answered my questions. Lever has worked in improving my companies organization with the hiring process. I love how you can email candidate and insert Easy Book Links with your calendar to schedule interviews. The Email templates are great too! I would overall recommend Lever to all companies hiring large amounts of people at once.
