Robust but intuitive system.

What do you like best? Zoom integration, GSuite integration 111 What do you dislike? There are a few brand new features that need a bit of polishing, e.g. the "Triggered automation rules" are unfolded and on full display. That is not a first-necessity info to be taking such a "prime real estate" space on a candidate profile unfolded at all times. Extremely easy to set up and use - great engagement across team

What do you like best? Lever implementation was one of the smoothest, easiest software implementations I've experienced. Felt seamless to set up and customize. Any questions quickly resolved. Because of the Slack integration, it was easy to get my whole team on board and keep people engaged. The automatic feedback reminders are key. What do you dislike? Lever allows us to identify, target, reach-out, and keep track of great talent. If you use Lever the right way, it pays off for teams 2, 3, 4+ years down the road. It's a system that keeps on giving. I used lever at Grand Rounds for 4+ years, and we recently implemented at Sendoso.

The jobs page made it easy to make a jobs page go live for our company, and the centralized feedback and candidate tracking system made it so our team could collect better information throughout the interview process, and ensure that we were effectively moving candidates through the process. What do you like best? I like how clean and helpful it is. The way that the system is set up and being able to add tags and put in different stages very quickly allows us to have a great workflow. What do you dislike? Sometimes the tags don't work in an automated world. I disliked that some of the email integration wouldn't catch all the emails.
