"Easy, fun, informative"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? Level eleven makes it easy to motivate sales and service teams with fun games. Level eleven inspires it's audience with weekly emails that contain ideas for new contests and uses for their product. They take user feedback into consideration with future development and a company can sometimes see that result on their platform quicker than expected What do you dislike about LevelEleven? The scorecard could use some further development and improvement. ...

"I'd stick with them"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? When I first worked with LevelEleven I had the pleasure of working through the details with Ashley Ball who was one of those rare people that seemed to love communicating with people. She was smart, happy and took responsibility to understand what we needed as a company. (Even though we only had a few licenses) The product itself has a cool idea by focusing on contests but with a fun twist so it plays into the competitive spirit of a sales ...

"Great motivational tool"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? Easy visualization of daily metrics. Great way to game-ify the workplace without being overly intrusive. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? Contests are a little less DIY than they could be. What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking existing behaviors and motivating positive change. It has shown us general positive results.

"Business Development Team Leader"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? I think LevelEleven is a great tool. I found it helpful in creating competition within the team to increase productivity. The scoreboard would really get the team fired up when they saw themselves slipping on the leaderboard. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? There was some issues calculating correct totals on some of our contests, but there may have been a simple fix that we did not explore. Recommendations to others considering ...

"Level11 helps us with transcparency and raising the bar! "

What do you like best about LevelEleven? I love that at any given time we have concise metrics that are published and communicated that EVERYONE can interact with. You can see exactly where you stack up with scorecard, and you can play really fun games with your teammates to create behaviors that help drive success!! What do you dislike about LevelEleven? Being in a design company, I really wish it was easier to customize themes per contest, so that our branding always showed but that we ...

"Great idea, poorly executed."

What do you like best about LevelEleven? The GUI on the presentation layer is nice. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? It's freezes constantly and is loaded on multiple mac mini's as well as desktop pc's. Also the fact that there is not a "current day" option for contests and that you need to recreate one each day to display the same type of leader board daily contest info is puzzling. What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you? Better displayed gamefication on ...

"Extensive suite of motivational goodies"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? Really gets the competitive side of our sales reps going. They love being able to compare them selves to the rest of the team to instantly see where they stand at any time. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? Onboarding and configuration can be a bit difficult, but support is there wokring with you the whole time. Overall, this is the main reason I did not give a perfect 10. What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting ...
