  • Reliable organization of client data, allowing easy tracking of interactions, tasks, and follow-ups.

What's not to like?

What do you like best? I have tried many CRM and they always disappointed me as someone would be left out. With LACRM, it is almost impossible to neglect anyone. Plus your emails and phone calls can be captured. If that is not enough, their service is the very very very best. What do you dislike? I am not able to think of anything. Whenever I have wanted LACRM to do something, if there is not already a procedure to accomplish it, with their help, we always seem to be able to ...

Best CRM tool for entrepreneurs

What do you like best? LACRM is a great CRM tool and very reasonably priced at $10/month. It's layout is intuitive, the UI design is thoughtful and it's basically just a super elegant solution to helping small business owners manage your contacts in a very efficient and effective manner. But what REALLY makes LACRM standout from the crowd of CRM tools -- especially for those new to CRM tools -- is the awesome Support Team at LACRM. Tools are great, but it's the people behind the tools ...

Outstanding Experience

What do you like best? Less Annoying CRM is an incredibly easy to use, yet sophisticated platform with many functions that have helped me be more efficient and organized with my book of business. The staff has always been accessible for questions and have provided very prompt and clear guidance. What do you dislike? I have been using LACRM for about 4 months -- so far, there has been nothing I dislike! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

This platform is very easy to use and they have great customer service!

What do you like best? This CRM is new to our company and we have found it to be easy and efficient to work with. If there are any questions the team at LACRM is there to help. What do you dislike? I have not found anything so far that is an issue. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to use and the customer service is very good! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The CRM communicates with the sales ...

Best CRM for a Small Business

What do you like best? It's simple and intuitive by design - it's clearly been designed for the needs of small businesses. I've wasted so much time trying to make other systems work for me … I describe like using a bulldozer at a skateboard park. Less Annoying CRM is the coolest skateboard at the skateboard park :-) What do you dislike? Nothing to dislike. Like any system, you need to understand the processes and of course you need to add and update the site to make it work for ...

Great Case Management Software for an Affordable Price

What do you like best? I love how user friendly this software is. I'm the sole proprietor of a small business. I don't have an IT department, so it was extremely important for me to find a case management system that was easy to use. It's also highly customizable. I was able to easily create fields that captured the exact information that I need from my clients. Customer service is excellent. Whenever I have questions, they are answered in a prompt and courteous manner by very ...

A perfect sized and price tool for my multiple business needs.

What do you like best? Simplicity, the price, the scalability and how it can be customised as per the users needs. Start really simple and grow your CRM from there if you take the time to learn how to use it. The company offer brilliant and invaluable support and help. What do you dislike? It is missing some helpful automation and text messages to the clients etc but do know the company has recently undergone a large rebuild of the system on a different platform to make it more ...

Just fine for small biz.

What do you like best? This is an easy, straightforward CRM. It has everything you need for small business, including a handy integration with Mailchimp. That's a particularly great feature, because you can sync your lists with the popular marketing platform, and then view how your prospects interacted with your campaign. What do you dislike? The navigation is a little less intuitive than I'd like, but it's easy enough to figure out. It would be great if there was an actual ...

Less Annoying and absolutely easy to use

What do you like best? As a small business and consultant in my industry LACRM provides me with everything I need in a CRM - flexibility, easy-to-use and great, affordable pricing. I think it's hands-down the best CRM I've ever worked with and I actually enjoy using it day in and day out (when was the last time you heard someone say they liked using a CRM?). As an added bonus, their customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend it. What do you dislike? The inability to produce ...

Simple yet Complete Package

What do you like best? Some CRM programs have too many options and are confusing. Less Annoying CRM is aptly named. It is easy to use, not overwhelming but has everything I need to keep track of leads, estimates, follow up on jobs, assign tasks and more. I also like that their are real people at the other end of the line. They check on you, answer questions promptly, and listen to feedback. What do you dislike? There are a couple of minor things on the new layout that I would ...
