Easy to use service that looks great and has fantastic support.

What do you like best? The program is very accessible. Things are laid out in a way that makes the program very user friendly for anybody. None of my colleagues have any issues with navigations, and it's flexible enough for most tasks. What do you dislike? I haven't encountered anything. I like simple and this CRM is simple and functional not too many bells and whistles, that require reading a "War and Peace" size manual to understand. I'm nearly 60 and I don't have the time. What do you like best? The design is very easy to use. Training our staff was easy (now if we can only get them to use it all the time :) ) We selected this CRM based on usability and features.
